I am a builder who learned from the ground up, already having managed numerous high-end residential construction projects when I founded Fairfield, CT based RFK Development, LLC in 1996. I wanted to build custom homes for my clients, realizing their dreams while working in partnership—and often in friendship—with them. RFK Development combines my own talent and experience with that of a select team of highly-skilled tradesmen. An RFK home is one that is highly-livable and also highly-crafted—a home that blends a gracious floor plan and modern amenities with exquisite millwork, eye-catching details and the unique mark of both myself and the homeowner.

Whether it be a new build, a major home renovation or a commercial project, I never take on more than two to three projects at a time, enabling me to approach each one with the level of attention, creativity and craftsmanship my clients expect. My projects are delivered on time and on budget, but I also allow for flexibility, the kind of builder- or client-inspired changes that evolve as a home rises off the pages of a blueprint and begins to take shape. I am with my clients from foundation to finishing touch, and, ultimately, it is they who choose their own interior finishes, from paint colors to kitchen cabinetry to tile and stone.
